CATALOGUE OF PRODUCTS:
Jardinage Naturel, located at 11 Kerguedalen, 56540. St Caradec Tregomel, France, Siret : 837 632 753 00014 , provides the sale of products from a catalogue accessible on the Internet.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
The client uses the electronic catalogue to choose the products that they wish to purchase, and chooses the payment method that they wish to use: by Paypal, by credit card via Paypal, or by cheque. The order will be shipped once the payment is received.
Invoiced product prices are those listed on the electronic catalog at the time of the order. The sale prices include tax where applicable. Jardinage Naturel reserves the right to cancel any order.
In accordance with article L 121-250-3 of the consumer code, we commit to despatch items within 10 (ten) working days after the validation of the payment of the order. In case of failure to meet this date limit, the client can get the resolution of the sale under the conditions laid down in the second and third subparagraphs of article L 114-1 of the consumer code. It will then be refunded under the conditions of article L 121-20-1 of the code.
Packing and postage costs are directly calculated by the site and are available to you before you validate your order.
ON RECEIPT OF YOUR PARCEL:
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.
A PROBLEM DURING RECEPTION OF THE PARCEL?
If your parcel has been damaged during transport or the order is incorrect: IT IS IMPERATIVE TO CONTACT US • If you notice, at the time of delivery, the packing is damaged, open the package. If the product received is in good condition, receive it but include all reservations on the delivery slip. If the product is damaged, please refuse the delivery. Indicate on the delivery slip the reason for your rejection by describing the damage observed on the packaging. Report the problem the same day or no later than the first business day after delivery, preferably by email. • If feel you that an article is missing from your order or if the product received is defective, please contact us, preferably by email or alternatively by phone, the same day of the delivery or at the latest the first working day following the delivery: we'll tell you how to proceed. • If a received product does not match the one you ordered, please let us know the same day as delivery or no later than the first business day following the delivery, preferably by email, or by phone. We'll then tell you how to proceed.
Jardinage Naturel will strive to satisfy the demands of the client and execute orders for products. However, Jardinage Naturel will not be obliged to accept all orders and cannot be held liable to the client in case of delay in delivery or non-availability, either temporary or permanent, of any product.
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
You have a period of seven working days from the receipt during which you can refuse material. Prior to any return of goods, please contact us for validation. The return of the product must be in the original packaging. Any product used by the client may not be returned or exchanged. The cost of the transport of returned material will be at your expense. Any refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days, the shipping charges will be deducted from the initial amount of the order. Items sold per linear metre and requiring a cut (eg. Fleece, debris netting.) are not subject to any return or Exchange. This derogation from the right of withdrawal attached to distance selling is an express acceptance of the user at the time of the order.
CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE:
Jardinage Naturel cannot be held responsible in the case of force majeure such as strikes, fires, natural disasters, or other, this list is not limited.
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
The customer has a right of access, modification and deletion of the data concerning him (art. 34 of the "Informatique et Libertés" law). To exercise this right, contact Jardinage Naturel.
